Expect no less! We are a hands-on company, constantly and personally monitoring and improving our service and our products to assure your complete satisfaction. We Never Leave Perfection to Chance. We take pride in our work and pay careful attention to every detail. Each order is hand-packed and carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse. Yet, in the event that your order was somehow not fulfilled correctly, please contact us immediately so that we may provide you with a quick and courteous resolution. At Your Service. We are available by phone Monday – Friday 9AM to 5Pm EST to fulfill any special requests. Please feel free to leave a message if it is after hours or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We plan to keep expanding our menu of concierge services. In the near future, we will be adding for you coffee lovers, a matchmaking service (to help you find your perfect coffee mate), plus gift baskets, gift cards and special occasion custom gifts.
