Ethiopian Yrgacheffe

Named after a region in Ethiopia as old as coffee itself, and roasted to a Viennese, Yrgacheffe is strong bodied and complex with floral flavors and a tart citrus finish.  Grown at a very high elevation and put through a rigorous handling process, Yrgacheffe is one of the worlds most distinctive coffees. A bit daring, as its name might suggest, this East African bean is a distinct cup and a real treat for those who discover it.
